This is a FREE one-hour virtual workshop designed to help you learn how to invite the Lord into your fitness journey. Whether you're a runner, swimmer, Pilates enthusiast, yogi, or walker, this class is designed to give you encouragement and tips on how to center your training on Christ.

  • Gentle Faith-based movement practice
  • Tips on how to bring the Lord into your fitness regimen
  • A guided discussion on Faith + Fitness
  • Questions to take with you for reflection and journaling to help you intentionally include the Lord in your fitness
